We have located a 1-minute walk from the seafront and in between 2 amazing beaches: Sunrise beach and the award-winning Fig Tree Bay. Simultaneously, our complex is located 30 seconds away from the main Protaras strip. Suitable for groups, couples, and families. The villa is tastefully furnished and fully equipped, with an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with high-speed internet. We take pride in allowing our guests to feel that they are on a luxurious holiday under the sun and providing amenities even for the most demanding visitors. This villa apart from a private pool includes a personal Hot tub, an indoor sauna, a private outdoor bar, sunbeds, a kids trampoline, ping-pong table, an arcade pinball, outdoor barbecue grill, an arcade basketball machine, a standing massage machine, and a satellite smart TV(with Netflix and channels from over 10 countries).
The villa can accommodate up to 15 people and is in a private complex with private parking.
Upon entering the property, you will see a luxurious modern open kitchen with everything you need. It connects to a well-decorated living and dining area. The Ground Floor also includes 1 bathroom, 1 of the bedrooms, and stairs connecting to the basement and first floor. The basement is where the Sauna can be located with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
On the first floor, you can find the other 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large veranda.
Protaras is an area that belongs to Paralimni town and is located 45 minutes away from Larnaca airport. It has had rapid touristic growth over the last 25 years because of having the best beaches in Cyprus. The Protaras area is synonymous with The Protaras strip, a 1,5km street parallel to the sea, full of bars, restaurants, and a variety of shops.
When we say you will be in Protaras's BEST location, we mean it! Our complex is located 30 seconds from the main strip while simultaneously being 200m away from the sea and in the middle of both beaches. Within less than a 3-minute walk, you can find a supermarket, a bakery, bars, a restaurant, and a variety of shops.

- Put back all barbecue equipment.
Access to the property is obstructed by a car barrier that opens with an electric remote.
The electric remote is attached to the keys of the property, which you will be informed of where to find an email 2 days before arrival.
